I’ve always been in to fitness and health so when I became pregnant I knew I wanted to keep my fitness a priority. I felt it was right for me and my baby. Knowing that there are ‘Do’s and Don’ts’ whilst you’re pregnant, I searched for somewhere where I could safely carry on with exercise under professional guidance.

This was when I found Kate. She was a midwife for many years and has been a trainer for just as many. I joined the Keep Mums fit prenatal classes and loved them. I was able to work to my own fitness level while ensuring I was keeping me and baby safe. My fitness journey with Kate carried on after my son was born where I did the Keep Mums Fit classes at her gym and also had PT sessions with her. Kate has the knowledge, experience and motivating character which ultimately got me back to my full fitness 6-9 month postpartum. I couldn’t be more grateful !

Fantastic, supportive gym with other like minded mums (you make some great friends!) and a very knowledgeable and friendly trainer to whip you back into shape. Thank you Kate for all your help. Kate’s Keep Mums Fit antenatal and postnatal classes are brilliant. It’s great that Kate’s also a midwife and can give such helpful advice.
