EMPOWER IS BACK

I am thrilled to share that my team and I will return to The Spider Park this year.

Mrs Motivator is Back! Committed to motivating, encouraging, and supporting you in reaching your full potential; rain or shine, you'll see a significant improvement in your fitness levels, and the experience of training in the great outdoors with a fabulous tribe of other boot campers is addictive!

Suitable for all ages and fitness abilities, train with friends, bring your other half, and kids encourage the whole family to get fit together.

PAYG Now Available

Not everyone can make two sessions a week, so you NOW have the option of Paying on the day.

Download the Kate Campbell fitness booking app on your Phone register view classes, and book your session in advance.

Availability is limited; only six places are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and we expect it to fill up quickly, so please act fast and don't delay.

Community Fitness

Whether you decide to join for six weeks or commit to the full Twelve, Bootcamp is suitable for Males and females regardless of your level of fitness.

Participating in Empower Bootcamp with myself, Kate, and team members Phil and Max will significantly improve your fitness level, and we will be there to motivate, encourage, and help you achieve your full potential.

Enjoy a mix of cardio, strength and core exercises using body weight and small equipment.

We will mix up the routine every week to keep things fresh and exciting, ensuring that you always have fun and enjoy yourself.

We can’t wait to welcome you if you haven't been before.

If you have joined me in the past, I can’t wait to catch up, and I hope you are just as excited as me to be back!

I know we have aged a bit, and our squatting abilities may not be as good as they used to be, but I still promise to provide an enjoyable experience filled with fitness, friendship, and laughter.

  • One hour of Fun, Fitness and Friendship

    Each week, we will start with a warm-up, walk, jog, and mobility drill, incorporating the whole body.

    We will mix up the main routine every week using small equipment, such as medicine balls and mini bands, to keep things fresh and exciting.

    For the final 15 minutes of the session, we have our finishers and cool down—concentrations on abs, cardio, and glutes with the odd game thrown in!

    If it rains, we will meet in the children’s playground. Avoiding the wet grass!

    There are no classes during the May half-term week. This is your time to relax, rest, and reward yourself for completing the first part of the program!

    Two Sessions a week are advised for maximum gains. Try to vary your routine to include Pilates, Yoga, and stretching.

    There is a Facebook Support Group where, based on your wishes, we can discuss nutrition exercises and top tips.

    End of Season Awards celebration and social event will be confirmed.

  • If you're new to exercise or it's been a while, starting slowly and gradually progressing to avoid injury is essential.

    Listen to your body and take breaks as needed.

    Hydrate before, during, and after exercise.

    Eat 1-2 hrs before BootCamp Running on empty is not recommended - your body needs fuel for exercise.

    Find a workout buddy to attend with for healthy competition and motivation!

    Remember, consistency is key when it comes to exercise. Stick with it, and you'll start to see positive strength and fitness results in no time!

    Please remember to inform your coach before each session starts if you have any medical conditions or injuries to which exercise needs to be adapted.

    Please note to be mindful of other park members.

  • Wear something comfortable and easy to move in.

    Dress for the weather, but several layers are better than one thick one. Wear breathable, lightweight jackets and gloves.

    Wear comfy outdoor trainers, and ladies, a supportive bra!

    Bring a small old towel.

    Always bring water or Juice.

    If you are asthmatic, bring your inhaler.

  • Register and Purchase online. The Early Bird Discount has now ended, but there is still availability for both of the six-week blocks: one in April and one in June.

    If you can’t attend both sessions, you can PAYG.

    Download the Kate Campbell Fitness booking app, register, and book your sessions.

    You will need to complete a screening form and will be asked to sign in on the night.

    Awards will be given to those of you who attend every session.

It’s such a fabulous way to get/keep fit - a real mix of abilities and levels, but definitely something challenging for everyone. I was getting ready for my first 10km event and couldn’t believe how much Bootcamp helped increase my overall fitness and strength. It’s a great full body workout, there are different activities each week, with a great group of people and a great trainers - together they make it so much fun!
