Not everyone knows exactly what to expect so to help you decide, your journey with us can begin with a two-week Starter Experience. We have two options for you to choose from depending on your goals. At the end of these experiences your trainer will recommend the best option for you so that you aren’t paying for things you don’t need.
If you know exactly what you want then there is no need to book these experiences - instead book classes, join the gym or book your PT sessions. No need to buy a membership before booking a starter experience. We are here to help so do pop in and have a chat.
