Not everyone knows exactly what to expect, so to help you decide, your journey with us can begin with a two-week Starter Experience. We have two options for you to choose from depending on your goals. If you know exactly what you want then there is no need to book these experiences - instead you can book PAYG classes, join the gym or book your PT sessions.
There is no need to buy a membership before booking a starter experience. The experience it just that - a way of trying before you buy.
