New Mum Wellbeing Assessment

We are delighted to offer this NOT TO BE MISSED Postnatal Wellbeing assessment from as early as 2 weeks post birth.

What to expect during your assessment

Firstly we’ll ask how you really are … transitioning into parenthood is no easy ride and the truth is it can be overwhelming and let’s face it pretty exhausting!

So lets chat and you can tell us how you are getting on, how your recovery is going and what your long term strength and fitness goals are.

Your assessment will include

  • Postural assessment

  • Check for abdominal separation (Diastasis recti)

  • Assess abdominal tone and tension

  • Pelvic floor exercise demonstration

  • Practical early exercise guidance

  • Muscle recruitment assessment

Depending on your personal needs we can also discuss topics around sleep, nutrition, daily activity and feeding support.

From the very beginning of your recovery journey YOU MATTER, so like many new mums before you, this initial wellbeing check can support, reassure and give you the expert guidance needed to progress safely back to the exercise you love.

A percentage of the cost of this assessment will go to our chosen charity BB with Love In association with Weston Park in honor of our former client the wonderful Bev who sadly passed away from cancer.

Throughout her battle she attended personal training sessions at our gym and online to maximise her strength and wellbeing and each year we show our support by attending her annual BB with love Charity event ‘Simply the best’ at the City hall. Which this year raised over £60,000!
