We aim to bring personality and fun into all our classes.

Exercise and fun in the same sentence? Absolutely! Find a class you love and exercise will never be boring!

Classes are a great way to bring people together and a great way to motivate and support each other.

We have put together a varied timetable of classes for males and females of all ages, all fitness abilities and all fitness levels. Check out the individual classes on the timetable for details about each class.

You can PAYG or buy class credits if you do not wish to be a member.

You can book through the timetable below; however, we recommend you download the Kate Campbell fitness app to make your booking experience easier. You can also cancel sessions via the app more quickly and efficiently.

We are not Virgin! So, the timetable is small and relevant to our client’s feedback and requests. Classes do get booked up quickly.

Courses run throughout the year with small numbers to allow for individual support.

Before you attend any session, please fill out the relevant screening form, and if you have any medical conditions or injuries, please inform your instructor before each class to ensure modifications and adaptations can be made.

    The Antenatal exercise class will include traditional exercises adapted specifically for pregnancy with expert support from Kate and her team. Block book your sessions to avoid disappointment.
