Running Course - Build your potential

This course is perfect for you if you have already done our beginners course or a couch to 5k running plan and would like to keep making progress or if you usually run on you own but feel stuck in a rut and want to reignite your love for running and achieve new running goals. Sessions are fun and social helping keep you motivated as winter approaches.

Tips and handouts to support you and free use of the Gym at Kate Campbell Fitness.

During the 6 weeks we will cover:

  2. Getting confident with hills

  3. Building Endurance

  4. Getting faster and stronger

  5. Preventing injury

  6. What next for my running?
