Mind and Body Reset for Weight Loss

Kate Campbell Fitness's new Mind and Body Reset is designed to ensure you see maximum weight loss results.  

This is a new approach to losing weight that addresses not just what you eat, but why. It is not a diet, it will help you to change your mindset and address the habits, behaviours and emotions that are at the root cause of your weight problem, so you can lose weight and maintain it for the long term.

You will get techniques to:

-       Set weight loss goals and achieve them

-       Find out why you turn to food when you’re bored, stressed, tired or upset

-       Conquer your cravings

-       Deal with personal saboteurs that try to pull you back to the old ways

-       Maximize fat loss and build lean muscle

-       Get you off the dieting rollercoaster for the long term

What to expect:

Each week there will be a mindset class with health coach Natasha coupled with a HIT class with personal trainer Laura. This will ensure that as you lose weight you retain lean muscle mass, toning and slimming as you progress.  

It includes a weekly weigh in which will be done privately and discretely. Your weight and weight loss progress will never be discussed or shared in the group, it is simply there to help you stay on track, achieve your goals and get personal support from your health coach when needed.
