Buggy Bootcamp is back!

6 week Buggy Bootcamp is a great way to exercise with your babies. Join the fun for a variety of safe progressive exercises to increase your fitness. Rain or shine we'll be there to motivate, encourage, and support you to reach your full potential. Attend one or both sessions each week.

Monday and Wednesday - 9.45 am - Millhouses Park (meet at the far car park). Dress for the weather - gloves layers small hand towel - cover for the pram.

FREE gym access throughout the course - come along to the gym and workout using one of the Postnatal focus workouts which are available - safe area mats and bouncers for your babies.

Level 3 in postnatal recovery
