Hello! I am originally from the States, and I have lived in Sheffield since 2009. Before I fell pregnant with my son I spent a lot of my time volunteering to coach basketball working with under 13’s all the way up to university level. Fast forward a few years and when my son was 9 months old I met Kate Campbell. I was able to rekindle a passion for working out. I found myself getting more and more involved. While the other half and I were training for a Marathon hike along Hadrian’s Wall I made a joke to Kate that I’ve been to that many exercise classes I reckon I could run them. She Replied “Why don’t you?!” The rest is history! Over the next few years I found myself working hard to gain all my qualifications and help Kate run Buggy and Body Blitz bootcamps. I absolutely love what I do from helping other mums like myself gain confidence, to baby cuddles, and meeting genuinely nice people who want to be challenged. I also keep busy managing my sons under 9 ice hockey team, and playing on a team myself. Sport plays a big role in our lives, I love being part of a team. Being apart Kate Campbell Fitness is exactly like being on a sports team everyone around you is aiming to achieve a goal and in the process, you become a family. You take pleasure in the successes and you build each other up in the difficult times. I am really looking forward to being a part of this new venture!

Steph Stepney

Hi, I’m Steph
Creating Minimovez fun fitness in 2013 was a dream come true. Having worked with children and young people for many years, Minimovez brought together my love for health & well-being with my commitment to my young family.
As a qualified teacher, and a mum of 2, I understand that little ones thrive in a fun and supportive environment where they are free to develop at their own pace. Both Alex and I have worked hard to ensure that our Minimovez classes foster children’s confidence and creativity, as well as developing key social and physical skills. There is nothing better than watching a children flourish in your care.
We are so excited to be partnering with Kate Campbell fitness and truly believe that the services on offer are second to non. I can’t wait to meet you and your little one and support your child’s foundation for a healthy future.

Hi, I'm Alex.
I'm super passionate about working with little people and encouraging their health journey.
I am fully qualified to teach children, have an enhanced disclosure check and first aid training in place.

It's so important that children enjoy Minimovez fun fitness; its a real joy to see their confidence, social skills and independence grow. Minimovez has been firmly established for 5 years and continues to go from strength to strength. We are thrilled to be able to offer something really unique at Kate Campbell Fitness. We certainly are not just childcare.
I have 2 children of my own and work with hundreds of pre school aged children every week. It's safe to say that I absolutely adore kids and will take great care of your little one's whilst you focus on your own fitness goals with Kate and her team.

I have been working in the fitness and sport industry for over a decade now! I have learned a lot along the way and pull knowledge from my experience as an international athlete in my youth along with my constant learning in my career as a dancer/performer. My classes are light-hearted, fun, friendly and inclusive. We get a work out without it feeling like work! I specialise in Belly Dancing having been professionally performing and teaching since the age of 18. I have travelled the world performing and learning from some of the best teachers in the industry, often right at the source of the dance. Highlights of my dance career so far include dancing on Holland America Line Cruise ships, ITV, Sky1, Sleeping Beauty the Belly Dance and working at RAQs in Cairo each year. I believe that this dance form (or any dance) is a great way for people to express things they may otherwise never find an outlet for. I have found that these classes have helped people with Depression, experience of domestic abuse and PTSD, dyspraxia, long-term illness, learning disabilities, people who have suffered strokes, dementia patients, pregnant women and new mums, Parkinson's disease and countless more! I have found this first hand and use dancing to help regain my memory after contracting meningitis in my early 20s and use it as an outlet after experiencing domestic abuse and all the after effects that come with that. I would strongly recommend this to anyone. Come and have a go there will be something to suit you!
