We have put together a varied timetable throughout the day of classes for males and female of all ages, abilities and interests. I’m sure you’ll find something you enjoy! We aim to bring fun into the classes at the same time as helping you reach your fitness and nutritional goals. Exercise and fun in the same sentence? Absolutely! This is the system I am using to manage all the bookings and calendars for the gym. Download the app and search for Kate Campbell Fitness, then register with your details to be able to view timetables, book securely online, and stay up-to-date with everything we’ve got going on.

Please note - Classes can be booked up to 2 hours before they start If you miss the time give us a ring and we’ll book you in 0114 236 2129

Please note - Out of curtesy for staff and participants classes must be cancelled 2 hours before the class starts or credits will be lost.

Please note - If there is only 1 participant the class will be cancelled… so if you love your class let others know.
