We have put together a varied timetable of classes for males and females of all ages, abilities and interests. We aim to bring fun into the classes at the same time as helping you reach your fitness and nutritional goals. Exercise and fun in the same sentence? Absolutely! Find a class you love and exercise will never be boring. Encourage your friends and family members to tag along to classes - you can easily add a plus 1 when booking. Class sizes are small 8-10 ensuring you get individual support and expert guidance.

Have you got the app? Most of us like to use our phones, so hop onto the App store or Google Play and search for Glofox. This is the system we are using to manage all the bookings and calendars for the gym. Download the app and search for Kate Campbell Fitness, then register with your details to be able to view timetables, book securely online, and stay up-to-date with everything we’ve got going on.

Please note - Out of courtesy for staff and participants if you wish to cancel your booking you must do so 2 hours before the class starts or credits will be lost.
