Bootcamps - are you ready to join?
This will be the 9th year running Body Blitz bootcamp and 8th for Buggy bootcamp - wow! Year after year clients come back to increase their fitness and workout with a fantastic group of people of mixed abilities and ages. Everyone is welcome bring friends, the kids and enjoy exercising in the great outdoors. If you are a Class member, Gym & Class member or have a combined Personal & Class membership - these 12 week and 6 week courses are free!
Body Blitz Bootcamp
Spring Fitness 12 week programme has started with record numbers this year. Attend one or both sessions each week. Rain or shine we'll be there to motivate, encourage, and support you to reach your full potential.
Tuesday and Thursday Evening - 7.30pm - Spider Park, Lodgemoor (meet by the picnic benches in the middle). Dress for the weather - Wear layers bring a drink gloves and small hand towel

Ashtons Tuesdays Strength and HIIT Power yoga 19.15-20.00pm 20.10pm - 9pm Lift and Burn
Jordans Thursdays Strength and Power weight inspired gym session 7.30-8pm
6 week Buggy Bootcamp is a great way to exercise with your babies. Join the fun for a variety of safe progressive exercises to increase your fitness. Rain or shine we'll be there to motivate, encourage, and support you to reach your full potential. Attend one or both sessions each week.
Monday and Wednesday - 9.45 am - Millhouses Park (meet at the far car park). Dress for the weather - gloves layers small hand towel - cover for the pram.
FREE gym access throughout the course - come along to the gym and workout using one of the Postnatal focus workouts which are available - safe area mats and bouncers for your babies.
