I'm a happier person when I work out.

 I'm a great advocate for spicing up your training up and varying what you do.  That’s why there are so many different classes available at Kate Campbell Fitness.  

So, exercise differently and experience new classes! Too much of the same can in fact have the opposite effect of what you want to achieve, as it increases cortisol (the stress hormone) which may lead to tiredness, fatigue, sleepless nights, injury and burnout. 

My top swops - you don’t have to stop what you love! Just challenge yourself to a month of new experiences and see the changes you can make to improve your fitness, flexibility and energy.  

  • Runners - try Pilates or core fit to strengthen the core and pelvic floor

  • HIIT Queens or Kings - try yoga to increase flexibility strength and focus your mind  

  • Weight lifters - try a HIIT class like 321 or Pilates to focus on postural awareness  

  • Yogis  - try barre fitness  

  • Pilates - try a dance and tone  

Exercise works on your mind as well as your body!
